A former colleague reached out to Opsessed® founder Kristian when EquityEdge Studio was just an idea. While the founder Tim Lamb focused on developing the brand and core values, the business needed an operational framework to start winning work. The Solution: RevOps & Sales Strategy
Kristian joined the team on a fractional basis to lead on the RevOps and sales strategy alongside the founders. He focused on identifying Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and buyer personas to ensure outreach was highly targeted.
As part of this, Kristian implemented HubSpot as the core CRM to give the founders visibility into lead behaviour. This meant they could see when prospects opened emails, clicked links, or visited the website, allowing them to time their follow-up more effectively.
A major part of his work was about increasing output without increasing costs. He set up an automated campaign that delivered personalised 1-2-1 emails to thousands of contacts. This task took Kristian a few hours to implement, whereas manual outreach would have taken weeks. This led directly to inbound leads and recognised revenue.
Kristian also supported the launch of an AI prompt training product. Working with the founders and a world-renowned expert, he managed the marketing campaign and a series of webinars. These sessions were well-attended and led to immediate business conversations regarding the training.
